Anna Marshall completed her combined Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Laws degree at Monash University in 2001. She then undertook her Articles of clerkship at a suburban practice in Ringwood where she was articled to the Family Law partner.

Anna was admitted to practise in 2003 and has since worked as a Family Law Duty Solicitor with Victoria Legal Aid, assisting unrepresented parties at the Family Court, Federal Magistrates' Court and Magistrates' Court as well as conducting her own case work.

Anna joined Marshalls & Dent as a solicitor in 2005 and has since developed her practice in
all aspects of family law including children's welfare issues, matrimonial and defacto property, maintenance and child support.
