Antoinette graduated from Monash University with a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws in 2004 and she has practiced exclusively in family law since this time.

Prior to joining Marshalls & Dent in 2007, Antoinette spent over three years specialising in complex children’s welfare issues and she brings this depth of experience to our family law team.

Antoinette’s practice now extends to all aspects relating to matrimonial and domestic property matters whilst continuing in her expertise with children’s issues. Her experience with property extends to businesses, property valuations, companies, liquidations, trusts, superannuation and enforcements. Additionally, Antoinette maintains a special interest with respect to issues concerning children, such as living and spend time arrangements, protective concerns, relocations, recoveries and adoptions.

Antoinette appears on behalf of clients in both the Family and the Federal Magistrates Courts.

Given that each client’s circumstances vary, Antoinette utilises both alternative dispute resolution methods and litigation to achieve practical solutions for our clients.

Antoinette is actively involved within the Family Law Section of the Law Institute of Victoria and she currently sits on the Family Law Courts Practice Committee and the Junior Family Lawyers Committee.
