Briana Kotzapavlidis

B.A & LL.B. - Senior Associate

Briana completed a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts and was admitted to practise in November 2001. She joined Marshalls & Dent as a Senior Associate in 2009.

Briana practises exclusively in Family Law, acting in all range of matters including matrimonial and defacto property, children's matters, divorce proceedings and child support. She has a particular expertise in child support, having acted and appeared in a significant number of child support cases in the Family Court and Federal Magistrates Court. In advising her clients, Briana also calls on her previous experience in a broad range of practise areas including property law, commercial law and wills and estates.

Briana prides herself on providing her clients with sound and realistic advice to assist them in achieving the best possible outcome in relation to their family law dispute.  

Briana is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria and Victorian Women Lawyers.
