Georgina Gregory

B.A & LL.B.(Hons)

Georgina completed a Bachelor of Laws degree with Honours and a Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Melbourne in 2000, and was admitted to practise in 2002.

Since 2003 Georgina has practised exclusively in family law, including a period of 3 years when she worked as a family law solicitor in London. During this period Georgina gained valuable experience in all aspects of family law, including acting for high net worth individuals in cases involving complex financial issues. She also dealt with cases involving relocation proceedings between the UK and parts of Europe.

In 2007 Georgina successfully completed the examination program to become an Accredited Family Law Specialist. Georgina is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria and the Family Law Section of the the Law Council of Australia.

Georgina also keeps up to date with developments in family law cases by regularly writing headnotes for the Family Law Reports.
