Guy joined Marshalls  & Dent as a solicitor in 1998 and quickly developed a solid reputation in a number of areas of commercial law.  Guy was appointed a Partner in 2004.

Guy specialises on providing advice to leading companies on a broad range of commercial and property transactions, including corporate restructures, acquisitions/dispositions, joint ventures, stamp duty, trusts and asset protection.

Guy also has an extensive commercial practice in Property Law, advising property developers on all aspects of development (both residential & commercial) including planning applications & appeals, easements and Section 173 issues, restrictions and zoning conversions, construction, subdivisions and body corporate arrangements with a particular expertise in broad acreage developments.  Notable broad acreage developments successfully completed by Guy include Alta Vista and Martha Ridge Estates in Mornington Peninsula & Newlands Industrial Estate in Coburg.  Guy is currently working on Mariners View at Mariners Lookout Road, Apollo Bay.

Guy brings experience in complex legal issues and a commercial, common sense approach to his clients, which include property owners, property developers, builders and manufacturers.
