Lynda completed her Bachelor of Laws at Victoria University in 2006 and began her articles of clerkship with Marshalls & Dent in March 2007.  

While at Marshalls & Dent Lynda has undertaken rotations in Family Law, Commercial Law, Property Law and the Wills & Estate Planning areas providing diversity to her training and experience.  

Lynda has been involved in a number of property and commercial matters including; commercial leases, retail tenancies, business acquisitions and disposals and estate planning matters such as drafting and reviewing wills, powers of attorney and the establishment of and variation to family trusts.

Lynda has also assisted clients in matters of business and residential financing and discharging Supreme Court proceedings relating to defaults under existing mortgage documentations.
